The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu has concluded three contracts for the development of infrastructure in Jubail Industrial City. Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thunayan Al Saud, Chairman of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, signed the contracts yesterday at his office in Riyadh with Azmail Contracting Company which will develop an integrated infrastructure for the establishment of private schools, institutes and training centers. The Royal Commission has allocated an appropriate location for these investments in the Shati neighborhood. The scope of work will include demolition, excavation, paving, paving, paving and road works, including paving signs, traffic signs, pedestrian paths, sewage networks, rainwater drainage, drinking water distribution, irrigation, Telecommunications and cable television, as well as gardening and landscaping. The contract expires after one year and ten months.

The second contract was signed by His Highness with the joint company, consisting of: Technical Services Company for practical tools and Nabeel Contracting Company, which will develop 37 sites in educational facilities. The company will cover school buildings, guard rooms, roads, runways, outdoor lighting, playgrounds, border walls, Water, lighting, telecommunications, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, audio-visual systems, heat and humidity prevention, fire detection and prevention.

The third contract was signed with the joint venture company: Ali Khudair Al Harbi, Ahmed Omar Radhi Engineering Consultants (Radicon Gulf) and Kentz Engineering International Ltd., which will provide engineering services for the preparation of basic, primary and secondary equipment for the residential area, industrial zones and coastline, engineering services for utilities and networks Including highways, bridges, intersections and sea water pipelines.
